lindsayrobertsonphotography.co.uk: a new site I can be proud of.
I’ll admit, creating a new website for the photography side of the business, Lindsay Robertson Photography, has been on my to do list for a little while now. But the days are fleeting when you are running your own business and caught up in photo shoots, travelling all over Scotland. So, after a lot of hard work by Pery and I, I was really proud to launch my new website.
Back in 2014, when I started chasing my dream of being a photographer, I knew that I wanted to invest in a strong brand, one that I looked at and loved. And now over three years into the journey, my style had developed so much that it was time for a re-design and for my website to reflect how I’ve grown. I certainly didn’t have the skills in those days to create my own site, but it has been such a satisfying process being able to craft the site in-house. It really has been a labour of love!
I wanted the new site to really showcase my passions, particularly in dog and equine photography, so we set about to make my images the stars of the site so visitors can immediately see my style in how I capture moments. Next, was the copy. Carefully considered and crafted to really reflect my personality and attract my ideal client: the adventurers – those who prefer to walk on country lanes over city streets; the ‘live life for the moment’ people; the globe trotters and the jokers. The time spent copywriting has helped fill the site with personality, so all visitors can feel a connection with me instantly and know if I’m the right photographer for them.
We launched the site to wonderful feedback so, please do head over and explore and let us know if you want to talk websites.
